Public Corporate Governance Code

In accordance with its Articles of association, the Helmholtz-Zentrum für Umweltforschung GmbH – UFZ underlies the “Public Corporate Governance Code (PCGK)” of the Federal Government. The Code recommends the Management and Supervisory Board to report annually on the company´s corporate governance (PCGK report).

The Management and the Supervisory Board of the UFZ jointly declare that the Public Corporate Governance Code of the Federal Republic of Germany has been and is complied with; deviations are explained in the reports.
